- Cancellation 30+ Days Before Event: If you cancel your registration 30 or more days before the event date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee (if applicable).
- Cancellation 14-29 Days Before Event: If you cancel 14 to 29 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
- Cancellation 13 Days or Less Before Event: Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made within 13 days of the event start date.

2. Products and Merchandise
